Do not contact list
ERM Business Energy maintains a no contact list in connection with the marketing, advertising and promotion of our customer retail services. Customers on the list will not be contacted for marketing purposes. All small business customers consuming less than 100MWh of electricity per annum are eligible to join this list.
If you are a small business customer and wish to be placed on the list, you can join in person, electronically, by telephone or in writing. Please ensure you include your ABN and contact details in your correspondence. Alternatively, submit your details here.

We maintain small business customers’ entries on the list for two years unless otherwise specified.

Life support registration
If someone residing at your business requires approved life support equipment, you should register your property details with ERM Business Energy.
We will then flag your property accordingly and advise your relevant distributor for the purpose of any planned outages.
